Welcome to my FREE clean eating challenge.  You get a menu for 5 days. Detox recipes, Every day tips for eating clean and much more. This is a jump start to change your lifestyle and I truly hope you learn as much as you can to start making healthier choices for you and your family. I will share all the information that I know and I am still learning day by day since I made a choice to change my habits and lifestyle.
